At the heart of Bemiro's metal production is advanced technology from renowned manufacturer Trumpf. These machines allow us to transform metal material into a final product with a high degree of precision.
Our new TruLaser FIBER 4KW laser is designed for burning sheet metal up to 3000x1500 mm and is equipped with modern features such as CoolLine and Highspeed ECO. This advanced machine enables precise burning of structural steel up to 25 mm thick, stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm and brass and copper up to 8 mm. We are now offering 2D laser burning technology for pipes and profiles using the LARES - ROTOLAS system. This technology enables precise burning of materials up to 6000 mm in length, up to 370 mm in diameter and up to 3 mm in thickness, and is equipped with an extended clamping technique. Bending presses allow us to flexibly bend metal materials up to 3 metres in length. This means we can shape metal in a wide range of geometric configurations.
The production process in our workshop also includes pressing, forming, bottling and welding. All these operations ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards and specifications of our customers.
We supply companies in the field of equipment for the use of technical gases and medical technology. The second area of production is companies belonging to major suppliers of shop fitting equipment.
