For paint application we have two booths - DATEL with spraying technology from WAGNER group and PTÁČEK. This equipment allows us to apply powder paint with high precision, ensuring uniform coverage and exceptional product appearance.
The key to perfect painting is surface pretreatment, which we do with phosphating and BIS washing fluid. In a washing box measuring 5x3x3,5m (LxHxW) we take care of a thorough cleaning of the material before painting.
Thanks to our extensive stock of colours, we can offer a wide range of RAL colours with different surface textures. Whether you prefer a glossy, matt or rough look, we will paint your products exactly to your liking.
The curing phase is carried out in a special furnace with dimensions 2x2x4m. This step ensures the durability and long term durability of the applied varnish.
Finally, we check the quality and assemble our customers' products, pack them and store them in our covered premises. Here they will be safe and ready for further distribution or collection.
We supply companies in the field of equipment for the use of technical gases and medical technology. The second area of production is companies belonging to major suppliers of shop fitting equipment.
